CHIEF ARCHITECT & DESIGNER
Yoseph has extensive experience in architecture and master planning with a portfolio of over 90 projects including high-end hotel and condominium projects, high-rise, mixed-use buildings, synagogue and religious buildings, commercial architectural branding, healthcare facilities, residential PD master planning, city and urban planning, educational institutions, and extensive experience in adaptive reuse projects for both residential and commercial applications. His self-described approach to design and architecture as "current but practical" is clear throughout his work. Yoseph's forward designs are complemented by his keen appreciation for his clients' interests and goals to see their project completed on time and on budget.
YMK’s design process always starts by identifying the key criteria of a project: What is the biggest problem – what is the greatest potential? Rather than arbitrary aesthetic or stylistic prejudice, all decisions are based on project specific information – “Information Driven Design.”
