Yoseph comes with Licensure in multiple states and 18 years of experience in over 150 constructed projects including mixed-use buildings, synagogue
and religious buildings, commercial architectural branding, healthcare facilities, residential PD master planning, high-end hotel and condominium projects, educational institutions, and adaptive reuse projects for both residential and commercial applications.

YMK’s design process always starts by identifying the key criteria of a project: What is the biggest problem – what is the greatest potential? Rather than arbitrary aesthetic or stylistic prejudice, all decisions are based on project specific information – “Information Driven Design.”
